Gillian’s photography journey began in 2006 when she discovered her love for the craft in the darkroom at the University of Guelph. For the first three years of her career, she exclusively worked with film, honing her skills in processing and printing her own images. This hands-on experience in the darkroom instilled in her an appreciation for the importance of color and light, which continues to inspire her work today.

While Gillian started with film, she has since transitioned to digital photography, focusing on wedding and lifestyle photography. Her fine art background shines through in her artistic and creative approach, capturing moments that are not only visually stunning but also rich in emotion and personality.
