ABOUT: WeddingLily is an online wedding directory, community and marketplace for the Wedding industry that connects Site members (“Wedding Members“) include prospective brides and grooms, newlyweds and their Wedding guests (collectively, “Wedding Members“) and companies, businesses and other third parties offering products and services related to Weddings (“Business Members“). Business Members may include but not limited to Wedding Musicians, Photographers, Videographers, Officiants, Caterers, Hosts, Venue service providers, Entertainment Services, Wedding Planners, Bridal clothing and accessory vendors, Decorators, Florists, and other experts offering Goods and Services to couples. WeddingLily facilitates the connection of clients with Business Members, and assists in the booking and payment processing of Goods and Services.
RELATIONSHIP WITH WEDDING MEMBERS & BUSINESS MEMBERS: Through WeddingLily, each Business Member may promote its Goods and Services to Wedding Members. Each Wedding Member may, in its sole discretion, elect to connect directly with such Business Members to book or inquire about booking Business Member’s Goods and Services, using the inquiry forms or Business Member contact information on WeddingLily which facilitate the communication between a Wedding Members and a Business Member. Subject to Terms of Use, WeddingLily is not and will not be a party to or implicated in any agreement, contract, or transaction, verbal or otherwise, between a Wedding Members and a Business Members. As such, you acknowledge that we do not provide any Goods and Services ourselves and that all such Goods & Services are offered, listed, and provided by the Business Members who are independent of WeddingLily or any of our subsidiaries and affiliates.
CONTENT: Any content on WeddingLily, whether made available to Wedding Members and Business Members or provided (created or uploaded) by Wedding members and or Business Members, including, without limitation, all User Content (as defined below), information, data, logos, marks, designs, graphics, pictures, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement, is called “Content”.
For Users (Wedding Members)
1. Use of our website WeddingLily
Our website is intended for the purpose of providing a platform for Wedding Members to search for and connect with local wedding vendors. You may use our website for this purpose, subject to these terms and conditions.
2. User-generated content
You may submit content to our website, including vendor reviews and comments. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content in any form and media.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you represent and warrant that:
– The content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights
– The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
– You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to use the content

Business Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the content you submit for your listing. You represent and warrant that:
– The content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights
– The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
– You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to use the content
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise inappropriate.
3. Fees
We may charge a fee for your listing on WeddingLily.

User-specific terms and conditions (Wedding Members and Business Members)
In addition to the general terms and conditions outlined above, the following terms and conditions apply specifically to users of our website:
a. Use of information
The information on our website is intended to assist Wedding Members to find and connect with Business Members for the sole purpose of Wedding Planning purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content from our website for any other purpose other than specified above.
b. User content
You may submit content, to our website. By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the user content in any form and media for the purpose of providing and promoting our website.
c. Prohibited activities
You must not engage in any activities that violate these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
– Posting false or misleading information
– Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
